All Hairstyles You Can Try On
This is the full list of preset hairstyles in the generator, in one place. Each link opens the generator with that style already selected, so you only need to add your photo. Each try gives you 2 variations, and where a style has its own guide, you can read about it first.
How to Choose What to Try
Start with the cut you are already considering. Then add one option that is a little shorter and one that is a little longer, and preview all three on the same photo. Seeing them next to each other makes it easier to tell whether you like the style itself or just the change.
Keep the photo the same for every try: front-facing, with your hairline and the sides of your face visible. If you also want a new color, try the cut in your natural shade first, then change one thing at a time on the hair color changer.

Hairstyle List FAQs
How many hairstyles can I try on?
23: 15 with "Male" selected in the generator and 9 with "Female" selected. Natural Afro is offered to both, so it is counted once. Any style can be combined with one of 15 hair colors.
Can I try a style from the other list?
Yes. The Male and Female switch in the generator sets which list of presets you see, and you can choose either one. Pick the list that has the style you want.
Why do only some styles have a guide?
A guide page is added once there is something useful to say about a style beyond the preview itself, such as what to ask your stylist for or how much upkeep it needs. Every style in the list can be previewed, with or without a guide.
Are buzz cuts, skin fades or undercuts on the list?
Not at the moment. The list on this page is exactly what the generator offers today, and it is updated when presets change.
