What does one generation give me?

One generation uses 10 credits and gives you 2 variations of the style and color you picked, which you can download. You can regenerate for free to get new variations of the same look, up to 5 times every 10 minutes.

Can I try a hairstyle that isn't in the list?

Not at the moment. The generator offers 23 preset hairstyles, and the full list is on the hairstyles page. Each one can be combined with any of the 15 hair colors.

What kind of photo works best?

A front-facing selfie with your whole face and hairline visible, in even, natural light. Avoid sunglasses, hats and heavy shadows, and use a photo where your hair is not covered.
