Pricing FAQs
When do credits expire?
Starter and Pro credits expire after 30 days; Studio credits never expire. The 30 days count from the date of purchase. The free credits you get when you sign up do not expire.
What counts as one generation?
Each time you generate a style and color on your photo, 10 credits are used and you get 2 variations.
Is regenerating free?
Yes. Regenerating gives you 2 new variations of the same look without using credits, up to 5 times every 10 minutes.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it on the checkout page before you pay.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment, and you are not charged again unless you buy another pack.
