See How You Look With Short Hair
Going short is the one change you can't take back quickly. Upload a selfie and preview a short cut on your own face first: a pixie, a chin-length bob, or one of 5 short men's cuts. Each generation gives you 2 variations, and new accounts get 1 free generation.

The pixie is the shortest option, cropped close at the sides and nape. The bob keeps more length and ends at the chin. Read the full pixie cut and bob cut guides.

Short Haircuts for Men
These keep the hair short all over or tight on the sides, from a forward French crop to a neat taper fade. See every men's option on the men's haircut try on page.

Before You Go Short
Short hair shows more of your face, ears and neck, so the same cut can look very different from person to person. A preview on your own photo is more useful than pictures of other people for that reason.
Short cuts also need more frequent trims to keep their shape, and growing one out takes time and a few in-between stages. If you want a smaller change first, try curtain bangs or a new color with the hair color changer.
Short Hair Try On FAQs
Which short haircuts can I preview?
7 short presets: for women, the bob cut and pixie cut; for men, the french crop, brush up, taper fade, ivy league, spiky hair.
Can a preview show me with short hair if my hair is long now?
Yes. The AI redraws your hair in the style you pick, so you can see a short cut on a photo where your hair is long. Use a front-facing photo with your face and hairline clearly visible.
Can I try a buzz cut or a skin fade?
Those are not presets at the moment. To preview one, upload a photo of the cut as a reference in the generator. Reference-photo generations return one result.
How should I decide whether to go short?
Preview two or three short cuts, compare the variations, and show your favourite to your stylist. Ask how long it would take to grow back if you change your mind, since that is the main risk of going short.
